For the comfort and relaxation of all guests, we kindly ask that mobile phones and electronic devices be set to silent mode while in the lounge. Complimentary lockers, robes, and sandals are provided throughout your visit.

To best accommodate your preferred date and time, we recommend booking appointments at least two weeks in advance. Weekday appointments are encouraged for a more tranquil experience. A valid credit card is required to secure all reservations.

• Disposable undergarments are available upon request.

Gratuities are not included in treatment prices but are greatly appreciated for exceptional service. Tips may be given in cash using the envelopes provided at reception, or added to your Interac or credit card payment.
